Hereinafter referred to as “Pfando” or “the organizer”.
1. The competition
1.1. This competition is organized and conducted by Pfando's cash & drive GmbH, Hohenzollerdamm 184, 10713 Berlin, telephone: +49 (0) 30 – 8877 366 7, Email: info@pfando.de (hereinafter referred to as "Pfando" or "the organizer").
1.2. The contest runs until June 11, 2021, at 8:59 p.m. Participation in the contest is free of charge and non-binding. By participating in the contest, the participant expressly accepts the following terms and conditions.
2. Who can participate?
2.1. Any person who is a permanent resident of the Federal Republic of Germany and is at least 18 years of age is eligible to participate. Among other possible control measures, Pfando may ask a winner to confirm their age by sending a copy of their ID.
2.2. Employees, freelancers, authorized representatives, and immediate family members of the organizer and affiliated companies who are professionally involved in this competition are excluded from participation.
3. How can I participate?
3.1. The task is to follow @pfando on Instagram by 8:59 p.m. on June 11, 2021, like the contest post, tag two friends, and correctly predict the winning team of the 2021 European Championship (UEFA EURO 2020) in the comments.
3.2. The organizer reserves the right to exclude entries from participation and delete them if they fail to complete the task or contain insults, false facts, or violations of competition, trademark, or copyright laws.
3.3. The participant indemnifies the organizer against all claims arising in connection with such inadmissible comments. Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or services. Participation is free of charge.
3.4. The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, after the end of the competition.
3.5. The prize will be raffled off to one participant selected by the jury who has taken part and correctly predicted the winner of the 2021 European Championship. Exceptions are any deleted entries (see 3.2. above).
4. What will be raffled off?
4.1. A new Vespa Primavera 50 will be raffled off.
Cash payment of the prize or reimbursement of the prize is not possible. Pfando cannot be held liable for the prize. The prize is non-transferable. No cash payment of material prizes and services is possible. Any travel costs must be borne by the winners.
5. How will I be informed about my prize?
5.1. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message, email, or phone.
5.2. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the prize claim will expire.
5.3. The organizer and the agency accept no liability if, for reasons beyond their control, the prize notification is lost during electronic transmission and/or does not reach the winner.
6. How do I receive my winnings?
The winner will be notified immediately. The notified winner is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The prize will be handed over in Augsburg. The winner will receive further details afterwards.
7. Data protection
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that the data collected may be used for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing purposes. No data will be passed on to third parties. The collected data will be treated in good faith.

8. Disclaimer
The organizer of the competition accepts no liability for the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of the information. Liability claims against the organizer for material or immaterial damage arising from access to or use or non-use of the published information, misuse of the connection, or technical faults are excluded. The organizer is not liable for any damages. All offers are non-binding. The organizer of the competition expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice, or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
